Family Holiday In India

You will be met on your arrival at Delhi International Airport and transfer to Hotel The Park/Hotel The Suryaa. Overnight in Delhi.

Wake up early on the first day of your Family holiday in India, and drive to India Gate, for a one hour Segway Tour. The Segway tour starts with a short training session, after which you will cruise through the historic buildings, monuments and memorials around the India Gate area, including The Secretariat, Rashtrapati Bhavan (President’s House), Parliament House, Rajpath and India Gate. The Segway tour is an activity that will be enjoyed by adults and children alike. Return to hotel for breakfast, followed by a full day sight-seeing tour of Old and New Delhi visiting - The Red Fort, Friday Mosque -- Jama Masjid, The silver street of Chandni Chowk, Raj Ghat, The Hindu temple -- Birla Mandir, The India Gate, The Rashtrapati Bhawan -- President's House, Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar and The Bahai Temple. After breakfast, depart for Agra by road (220 kms /04 hrs). On your arrival in Agra check into Hotel Radisson. Afternoon sight-seeing tour of Agra visiting the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. Overnight in Agra.

After breakfast, depart for Ranthambore by road (280 kms /06 hrs), en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri. Ranthambore is best known for its tiger population and tiger sightings are common here. On your arrival in Ranthambore check into Hotel Nahargarh. Overnight in Ranthambore.

Morning and evening jeep safaris into the Ranthambore National Park. Safaris in Ranthambore are organized in open top SUV style vehicles, and local English Speaking Naturalists are available. Overnight in Ranthambore.

Early morning Jeep Safari into Ranthambore National Park, followed by transfer to Jaipur by road (195 kms /3 ½ hrs). On your arrival in Jaipur check into Hotel ITC Rajputana. Later sight-seeing tour of Jaipur visiting Hawa Mahal -- The Palace of Winds, The Jantar Mantar and The City Palace. Overnight in Jaipur.

Breakfast at the hotel followed by a visit to the Amber Fort, including a short Elephant ride up the Fort. An exciting afternoon for the family, when you proceed for the Elefantastic tour. The Elefantastic tour is a unique and inspiring experience, which will give you the insight into the daily lives of elephants. After the Introduction, you will get a chance to feed them, paint them followed by a relaxing one hour ride through the amazing jungle. After breakfast, depart for Jodhpur by road (330 kms/06 hrs). On your arrival in Jodhpur, check-into Hotel Balsamand Garden Retreat. Later sightseeing tour of Jodhpur visiting The Mehrangarh Fort, The Jaswant Thada and the Sardar market. Overnight in Jodhpur.

After breakfast, go back to the Mehrangarh Fort, for a Flying fox Zipline experience. The Flying Fox tour is an amazing adrenaline pumping soft adventure activity , giving you the best views of Jodhpur City and the Mehrangarh Fort, while zipping down at a fast pace. Later depart for Rohet by road (50 kms/01 hr). On your arrival in Rohet, check-into the Rohet Garh. After breakfast, depart for Udaipur by road (280 kms /06 hrs), the last destination on your family holiday in India.. On your arrival in Udaipur, check-into the Hotel Trident. Overnight in Udaipur.

Breakfast at the hotel followed by a sightseeing tour of Udaipur visiting City Palace, Jagdish Temple and Saheliyon ki bari. Evening sunset boat cruise on Lake Pichola. Overnight in Udaipur.

After breakfast, transfer to Udaipur airport in time to board flight for Delhi / Mumbai, from where you can connect your flight home. It is of course possible to add on a few nights in either Mumbai, or even a extension to Goa, for those looking for a few days of relaxation on the beach.
